Obituary

Randolph Paul “Randy” Jury, 79, of Negley, Ohio died on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

Born on March 8, 1942 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Frank Jury and the late Ann (Little) Medina.

Randy was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and was a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served in Germany.  Following his discharge, Randy worked for and later retired from Babcock & Wilcox, McCarter’s Coach and Tour, and worked part-time for Medic Rescue.  He was a member of the Middleton Rod & Gun Club and loved sharpshooting.  Randy was also the West Mayfield baseball coach for many years and also loved tinkering with his model trains.  Along with his brothers and sisters, he and Barb enjoyed camping together for over 50 years.

Surviving is his lovely wife of nearly 51 years, Barbara L. (Haddad) Jury; his children, Kimberly (Brian) McLaughlin and Tracy Jury; grandchildren, Wesley McLaughlin and Megan Moreno; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Lorraine (Barry) Campbell; a brother, Lanny (Kathleen) Jury; nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends will be received on Monday from 10AM until the time of Memorial Service at 11AM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Randy’s name to Angels for Animals, 4750 S Range, Canfield, Ohio 44406.

    I graduated with Randy and had a huge crush on his brother, Lanny Xavier Jury, although he probably didn’t know I existed. Randy used to come to our house and we played hide and seek, but we had to be home when the street lights came on.

  2. Grew up with Randy and his brother and sister. A couple of years after I got out of the Army ran into Randy and we spoke of our Army careers and found out we were both stationed in the same town Wertheim Germany. He was a nice guy. My condolence to his family and may he rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.
