Obituary

Raymond Moneta, 51, of White Township, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 28, 2023.

Born on July 1, 1972, in New Brighton, he was the son of John J. “Jack” and the late Linda (Davidson) Moneta.

Ray had been the Director of Information Management for Clarion university.  As a history buff enthusiast, he enjoyed his many trips to Gettysburg and spending time with his family.

In addition to his father, Raymond is survived by his son, Alec Moneta; his siblings, Kathleen (Leroy) McCoy and Mark (Heidi) Moneta; his granddaughter, Sadie; his nieces and nephews, Erin (Dustin) Willgohs, Matthew McCoy, Derek Moneta, Ashley (Sean) Leskanic, Michaela (Garrett) Sage, and Derek (Ryan) Robinson; great-nieces and nephews, Ingrid, Simon, Oskar, Archer, Cade, and Lane; an aunt, Emma Steel; numerous cousins, and friends.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 31^st from 4-8PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp., www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com

Prayers will be offered in the funeral home at 10AM on Friday, September 1^st followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM St. Monica Roman Catholic Church of St. Augustine Parish, 116 Thorndale Dr., Beaver Falls. Father John F. Naugle will officiate.

Private interment will take place in Clinton Cemetery.
