Raymond D. Sellers, 84, of New Sewickley Township, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in the comfort of his home.
Born on March 15, 1938, in Leckrone, PA, he was the son of the late Albert and Olive (Cunningham) Sellers.
Ray was a devoted ramp serviceman for United Airlines for 49 years prior to his retirement. He was an avid hunter and a member of Unionville United Methodist Church. Ray was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his loving wife, Charlotte (Barnhart) Sellers; and his siblings, Joseph, JD, Jerry, Paul, Eleanor, Mildred, and Judy.
He is survived by his children; Leslie (Mike) Bishop, Tara (Luke Teboul) Sellers, and Kim (Amy) Sellers; his grandchildren, Nicole, Christopher, Kayla, Liza, Aidan, Kieran, Charlotte, Kristen, Elizabeth, and Austin; great-grandchildren, Caedan, Penny, Lily, Thea, Jude, Alina, Penelope, and Josephine; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4PM at the GABAUER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com. A funeral service will be held at 4PM in the funeral home.
Inurnment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ray's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
