Richard A. "Rick" Frankford, 67, of Economy Borough, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Friday, July 28, 2023, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.

Born on August 6, 1955, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of the late Harry and Dorothy (Mangan) Frankford.

Rick was a member of Grace Community Church, Masonic Lodge, and the Evans City Gun Club.  Rick was a man of strong faith and playing guitar, working on anything he could find to fix, especially cars, and shooting were a few of his beloved pass-times.  He was known for trying his hand at homemade wine-making and a little gardening, too.

Rick's kind and gentle spirit will live on through his family as he is survived by his lovely wife of 43 years, Roberta "Robin" Frankford; his children, Erik Frankford (wife Lydia Frankford) and Chelsey Lee (husband Marshall Lee); two grandsons, Cru and Chase Frankford; and numerous other family members and friends.

In keeping with Rick's wishes, he will be cremated and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
