Obituary

Robin Kathryn Russell DeBray, 29, of Lisbon, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Born on November 5, 1992, in Beaver, PA, she was the daughter of Rhonda Russell from Houston, Texas formally of Chippewa Twp., Pennsylvania.

Robin was a 2011 graduate of Belle Vernon High School. She loved to perform in musicals and loved to sing. She would spend much of her time with her children singing Sea Shanty on Tik Tok.

Robin was ordained as a deacon at the First Presbyterian Church in Monongahela, Pa. She sang in the choir at the Metropolitan Community Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she was a soloist under the direction of our friend Carmen Greiner. She sang “Amazing Love” with Will Jett on Easter Sunday and at Christmas she performed “Mary Did You Know?” as a soloist. She loved to sing. It didn’t matter where we were going, or what we were doing, she would break out into song.

In addition to her mother, Robin is survived by her best friend and partner, Dustin DeBray; her children, William, James, and Kathryn DeBray; her grandmother and step-grandfather, Ernest J. Sr. and Kathryn Wilson; Step great grandmother, Alma Wilson, her aunts, Patricia Russell, Marcia Russell, Cynthia Russell, and Christina (Aaron) Keefer, Cheryl White (Brandon); her uncle Ernest Wilson Jr (Kelly), God Parents, Debby and Lori Daff-Siggins, and Deb and Susan Whitewood; cousins, Dominic and Sierra Vargas, Jenna, Alicia, Joshua, Trey and Tiara Gordon, Fayte Wilson, Shane and James Corcoran, Ashley, Abby, Zack and Tyler White and numerous extended aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Raymond Russell, her aunt Emily Ann Russell, great grandparents Chester and Rhoda Duff Clark and Everett and Violet Carothers Russell, and step great grandfather James Wilson.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Chippewa Alliance Church located at 3629 37th St Ext, Beaver Falls, Pa 15010. Visiting hours with the family are from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  A memorial service officiated by the Rev. Dan Muir and the Rev. Dr. Donna Giver-Johnston, will be held immediately following at 12:00 pm.

Interment will be in Duff Cemetery, located at 293 E Palestine Rd, Darlington, PA 16115
