Rose M. Lilly, 71, of Chippewa Township, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at PAM Health – AHN Beaver.

Born on September 26, 1954, in Northampton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Bugnitz) Smigowski.

Rose retired as an insurance biller for Villa St. Joseph and was a member of Pathway Church.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jonathan Lilly; her sons, Thomas Lilly and Steven (Jaimie) Lilly; grandchildren, Ethan and Ciera; a sister, Marianne (Robert) Faustner; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by an infant son, Christopher; and a brother, Anthony.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, August 15th at 10:30AM for memorial visitation until the time of service at 11:30AM at Pathway Church, 239 Braun Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.

Inurnment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Bath, PA at the convenience of the family.
