Stacy Lyn Bailey, 53, of South Beaver Twp, passed away on March 26, 2025 with her mom and sister by her side.

Stacy was born prematurely with cerebral palsy on August 30, 1971, but she never let that keep her down.

Stacy attended Easter Seal and New Horizon Schools starting at 18 months old and eventually went to Blackhawk High School, from where she graduated. She had a love for her family, animals, music, kids , The Sound of Music , and Kenny Chesney. She married the love of her life, Gregg Bailey, in September 1996. She left this earth the same way that she came in, with her own feisty spirit.

Stacy is preceded in death by her husband, who passed in September 2003; her dad, Dave "Doc" Dougherty, who passed in July 2004; her grandparents; along with numerous aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her mother, Eleanor Dougherty of Chippewa Twp; her sister, Tina (John) Foster of South Beaver Twp.; her brother, Anthony (Missy) Dougherty of McKees Rocks; two nephews, David Nicholson of Chippewa Twp. and Ryder Dougherty of McKees Rocks; a niece, Ella Dougherty of McKees Rocks; a great-nephew, Isaac Nicholson of Chippewa Twp.; a special cousin, Sherry (Dan) Weber-Williams of Rogers, OH; along with numerous other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Friends will be received on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 5PM until time of services at 7PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, Inc.-117 Blackhawk Rd. Beaver Falls, PA 15010.

A special thanks from the family are given to Jessica and Jessica from Gateway Hospice for Allowing the family to know Stacy was in good hands.

Extra special thanks are given to Anna, Tammy, Kate, Pat, and Shirley for treating Stacy like family because that's what you were to her and us; your love will never be forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Stacy's name can made to the Beaver County Humane Society-3394 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
