Obituary

Sue Ann Conkle, 77, of Beaver Falls, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 22, 2021 with her loving family at her side.

She was born June 7, 1944 in Freedom, to the late Ramson Sr. and Idell (Lewis) Marshall. A dedicated member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church where she served as a Deaconess, Sue Ann was an encourager and a prayer warrior.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Conkle, Sr. in 2011; a son, John Conkle, Jr.; 2 brothers, Ramson Marshall Jr. and John Allen Marshall; and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Davis and Shirley Ann Marshall.

She is survived by her loving children, Annette (Timothy) Brown, Timothy Conkle, and Jonathan (Natasha) Conkle; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas (Patricia) Marshall; 4 sisters, Patricia Marshall, Earldean Marshall, Rose (Lovell) Coleman and Dorothy (Obie) Powell; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10am until the time of services at 11am in the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 630 Third Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 with Rev. Dwight Banks officiating.

Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver Boro.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Desinee Brown and Dr. Gregg Zernich.

  1. I remember mrs. Conkle from church always was trying to get us children to go the right way to put Jesus first in we will not be last. Such a awesome woman of God. She loved the Lord in lived it. You will be missed but never forgotten no more pain no more sorrows. Rest in Love cause you are finally at peace my condolences prayers for your family in friends.

    I am so sorry for the loss of this beautiful woman. I met her and John years ago when I visited Tabernacle
    Baptist church. May she R.I.P. and may God continue to bless you all and may you find that He will never
    leave you nor forsake you.
