Obituary

Thomas A. “Tim” Teapole, 69, of Koppel, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 16, 2016, following a lengthy illness.Born May 9, 1947, in Rochester, he is the son of the late Jesse E. and Majorie (Woods) Teapole. Mr. Teapole was a former employee of P.M.A.C. of Beaver Falls, Bobcock & Wilcox of Koppel and several construction companies throughout the South. In his earlier years he was an avid basebell player and softball coach. He enjoyed golfing and lawn work.He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Andrews) Teapole; three children, a son, Thomas (Jennifer) Teapole, Burlington, NC, and twin daughters, Tammy (Jay) Dixon, Washington, NC, and Tonya (David) Izzio, Grandbay, AL; sister, Martha “Sue” (Eric) Davis, Gaithersburg, MD; three stepchildren, Clayton Pieri and Andrew (Kelly) Pieri, Koppel, PA, and Angela Pieri, Riley, WV; 17 grandchildren, Thomas M. and Brianna Teapole, Nicholas, Devon, Anthony, and Austin Izzio, Matthew Dixon, Kelsey Padget, Tayia, Heather, and Russell Duncan, Haylee and Kazier Brandt, Alyssa Lyddia, Isabella, and Danica Pieri; and a daughter by heart, Allison Teapole, Burlington, NC.In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his former wife Judy E. Weber Teapole; four sisters, Donna Straub, Alice Groves, Sandra Black, and Majorie Groves; three brothers, Robert, Edward, and Howard “Buck” Teapole.Friends will be received Monday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm in the GABAUER-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 3500 Third Ave., Koppel, www.gabauermatter funeralhome.com where prayers will be offered at 8:30pm by Pastor William Blume.
