Obituary

Tricia Woods Seevers, 42, of Brighton Twp., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 14, 2020.

Born November 23, 1977, she was the daughter of William Patrick Woods and his wife, Terri, and the late Mary Pat Stowers and her husband, Ed.

Tricia is survived by her husband, Gary Seevers, and his mother, Eileen DeFrancisco; her beautiful children, Christian, Dylan and Kaylee Seevers; her loving brother and sister-in-law, Ryan Patrick and Kylie Woods and their sons Tyler and Trace; her step-sisters Mandy Meyers and Nicole Oprisko and their families; many adoring aunts, uncles and the “Dozens Cousins.”  All of these she loved and touched deeply.

Tricia was a proud, dedicated mother who cherished her children, husband, parents, family, and friends.  She was a kind, gentle soul who was passionate about people and her patients at Heritage Valley where she worked as a Mammo Tech for two decades.  She had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up a room.  Tricia loved holidays and family get-togethers and her favorite color of all was Fall.  “I hope I can be the Autumn leaf, who looked at the sky and lived.  And when it was time to leave, gracefully it knew life was a gift.”  Fly high and free, just like the leaves, sweet Tricia.

Friends will be received on Thursday, June 18th from 1-3pm and 6-8pm in the Gabauer Funeral Home, 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.  Due to current diocesan restrictions, a private mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 10:30am, Sts. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, 200 3rd St., Beaver.

Family and friends are invited to remember and celebrate Tricia immediately following at 12:30pm, Two Mile Run Shultz Lodge, 1925 Gypsy Glen Rd., Beaver.

Inurnment will take place in Beaver Cemetery at a later date.
