Obituary

Vincent L. Priestas, 40, of Cranberry Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at UPMC Passavant-McCandless.

Born on August 1, 1982, he was the son of Raymond and Joyce (Albitz) Priestas.

Vincent was a graduate of New Horizons School.  He loved being with his family and looked forward to all the holidays.  He enjoyed movies, swimming, walks at the park with Dad and a great soda.  Everyone that met him was greeted with a smile, a grunt and a hug.

Among his very favorite things were pizza, french fries and ice cream!

In addition to his parents, Vincent is survived by his sisters, Delsea (Brian) Russell and Shana (Todd Campbell) Priestas; his niece and nephews, Brieanna and Jaxson Russell, Zayne Priestas-Kish, Trent Campbell and a special big brother Stanley.

He was also survived by his roomate Joey and the many special caregivers at his home in Cranberry.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank (Connie) Priestas, Charles (Genevieve) Albitz; and an uncle, Jeffrey (Moose) Albitz.

He will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and special friends.

Vinnie was truly one of a kind!

Friends will be received on Monday, June 26th from 11AM-1PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls.

A Blessing Service will be offered by Fr. John Naugle in the funeral home on Monday at 1PM.

The family’s wishes for cremation will be honored following the service.

  2. I had the Joy of working with & Loving Vinny at McGuire. We who knew Vin, are all reminiscing of days gone by. What a beautiful Soul he had & such a comedian he was!! You gave him such a loving Family, one that he could truly call his own 💙.

  3. Oh this was sad to read…I had the pleasure of working with Vinny for years. He was a great guy…full of fun! I have the best stories to remember him! My thoughts and prayers go out to the Family❤️
