Wayne A. Suckow

Wayne A. Suckow, 87, of Brighton Township passed away Friday July 1 in Villa Saint Joseph in Baden. He was born December 29, 1934 in Buffalo, NY and was the son of the late Allen and Lorene Ehle Suckow. He had previously lived in Florida, New York and Tennessee and had worked in Maintenance for US Airways for 38 years. Wayne was a former member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in Boynton Beach, Fl and Chattanoga, TN and was a United States Navy veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary R. Suckow in 2020 and a sister Beverly Hoth. Surviving him are his sons Michael (Cheri) Suckow, W. Lafayette, IN and Mark (Elizabeth May) Suckow, Brighton Township and grandsons Mathew and Daniel Suckow. Friends will be received Monday July 11 from 11 to 1 PM in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver followed by burial in Beaver Cemetery. The family suggests contributions in Wayne’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association  Pittsburgh.
