  2. Its been years but I can still hear his young voice and his distinguished laugh. Gilsey was a neighbor and childhood friend and someone you never forget once you’ve met him. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace.

Started in the trade with Bill, we first met at a Welding School in Cleveland Ohio in the early 80’s. We traveled to Seabrook NH and worked there for a couple years. We was both young and had a lot of good times while working in that area.
Lost track of Bill and hadn’t seen him in years but was still shocked and hated to find out he’d passed.
Thoughts and Prayers to his family.
