William E. Wolff, Jr., affectionately known as Bill, 79, of Brighton Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 20, 2026, at his home.
Born in Rochester on January 27, 1947, he was the son of the late Kathryn (Martin) and William E. Wolff Sr.
William served as a U.S. Air Force Mechanic stationed in Okinawa, Japan during the Vietnam War. Bill worked for American Totalisator Company, now Amtote International, at Northfield Park Racino in Northfield, OH. He commuted and worked as an IT Racetrack Manager for many years up to retirement. William was a member and Trustee at the First Christian Church of Beaver located in Beaver, PA. He was a caregiver to everyone, loved crossword puzzles, and loved being with family. Bill was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He will be remembered for his love of family, his strength, and the lasting memories he created with those who knew him.
William was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn Wolff; wife, Donna Wolff; sister, Sandra Icenhour; brother-in-law, James V. Scialabba; sister-in-law, Judy Scialabba; fiancée, Jennifer Manheimer; niece, Wendy May; and nephew, James C. Scialabba.
William is survived at home by his father William E. Wolff Sr. age 101 of Beaver, Pa; sister-in-laws, Lucia Jones (Jeffrey) and Ruth Scialabba; daughters, Lorrie Mathey (David) and Melissa Wolff; son, Jack Wolff (Megan Griffith); "to be" step-daughter, Alyssa Echment; cherished grandchildren, Keaira Bowser (Nate), Brianna Frye (Zack Neace), Trinity Wolff, Gavin Wolff, Jada Bodenhamer, Chloe Frye, and Dylion Koby; adored great- grandchildren, Adalynn Bowser, and baby, Amelia Neace, on the way.
Bill is survived by numerous notable nieces and nephews that meant a lot to him. His surviving nieces include Katrina Icenhour, Justilynn Jones, MaryBeth Scialabba, Tara Busato (John), Marquesia Lash (Jeff), Christian Kennedy and Elizabeth Scialabba; nephews, Jason Dobbins, Bobby Hess, Tyree Scialabba (Robin), Israel Scialabba, and Anthony Scialabba; great-nieces, Savannah Stofen, Haylie Dobbins, Kayleigh Beth Meehan, Luna Scialabba, Lakyn Scialabba, Blayke Scialabba, Oakley Scialabba, Navonna Lash and Kashia Lash; and great-nephews, Adam Casciato, Joel Dobbins, Luke May, Zakaryah Jones, Johnny Busato, and Jeff Lash.
The family would like to give a special thanks to great-nephew Adam Casciato for always being there and for being a source of help for Bill Sr and Bill Jr in times of need and comradery. You are much appreciated.
Friends will be received on Saturday, July 25 th from 10AM until the time of services at 12PM in the GABAUER-TODD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 340 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Reverend Robert Manypenny, of the First Christian Church of Beaver, will officiate
Interment with military honors will follow at Beaver Cemetery.
