Phil “Sonny” Corsetti, 83, of Daugherty Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospice – Heritage Valley Beaver.
Born on March 29, 1938 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Phillip and Alice (Henderson) Corsetti.
Phil was self-employed upholsterer who had a passion for restoring classic cars and was a lifetime member of the Daugherty Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Happy Days Car Club.
Phil is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Carol (Cordes) Corsetti; his children, Jeff (Chrysanne) Corsetti and Lorrie Corsetti; a brother, John (Debra) Corsetti; his sisters, Pat (Joe) Pritchard, Loretta Yoho, and Donita Popik; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Corsetti.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday from 2-6PM at the GABAUER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phil’s name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Broadhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 1500, a Volunteer Fire Department, or a charity of one’s choice.
