David L. Robson

David L. Robson, 68, of Monaca, formerly of Beaver and Brighton Township, passed away Sunday August 16 in Good Samaritan Hospice, Brighton Township.

He was born May 9, 1947 in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Hopper Robson. David was a manager of steel processing for Rome Metals in Rochester, was a member of the Trinity Anglican Church in Beaver, where he had served as a Junior Warden, was a member of the American Legion and served in the Army during Vietnam and later the Air Force Reserves.

Surviving are his wife Debbie Webber Robson, sons, David, New Providence, NJ and Douglas, Monaca, a grandson Alex David Robson, brother, Regis Robson, Munhall, sisters, Jeannine Yunk and Christy Kabaugh, both of Munhall and Amy Robson. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by siblings, Judith Robson, Thomas Robson and Brian Robson.

Friends will be received Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver and a funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11 AM in the Trinity Anglican Church at the corner of Fourth Street and Beaver Street, Beaver by Father Scott Homer.

Entombment will be in Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum. The family asks in lieu of flowers that friends make contributions to the Salvation Army or the Trinity Anglican Church.
