Obituary

Ann Elizabeth (Feller) Rea, a devout Catholic, went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2020. She was born May 13, 1936 to Arthur Edward Feller and Isabel Elizabeth Weston. A longtime resident of Monaca, she married Lyle Virtle Rea on April 7th, 1956, who preceded her in death. Ann and Lyle ultimately moved to and raised their family in Beaver Falls.

Ann is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Tony Blobner, four children and their loving spouses, Michael and Drenda Rea, Daniel and Nancy Rea, Susan and William Birkhimer, and Joyce and John Karatinos. In addition, she leaves behind a niece, Carrie, and nephew, TJ, nine grandchildren – Jennifer, Natalie, Joshua, Brian, Angelo, Chelsea, Zachary, Carleana, and Zane – and eleven great grandchildren – Alexander, Oliver, Victoria, Benjamin, Pennelope, Nicholas, Henry, Layla, Esabella, Christopher, and Calvin.

Ann will be remembered fondly by her family and friends for her unapologetic and straight forward nature, her macaroni and strawberry pretzel salads, as well as being an ever-present source of encouragement and support.

A Catholic memorial mass is scheduled for December 29th, 2020 at 10 AM at Saint Monica’s in Chippewa. A private interment will follow immediately after at Saint Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Beaver Falls.
