  1. I am so shocked to see George has passed away he was my next door neighbor for many years. We all had loads of fun growing up our mothers had a card club and we all had picnic’s every week in the summer at every park in the area. His parents were the sweetest couple, his dad helped my dad at many jobs painting & his mom was t he best baker. I didn’t see George much only at my families funerals. My sister use to bug the heck out of him any time she needed a lawyer or counselor now he’s up there with her look out George, I’m sure she will find him at the pearly gates.
Sorry to his brother Tom and family & his wife & sons. May you R.I.P. George

My deepest condolences to the family of Attorney George A. Verlihay. As opposing counsel for several years, he was always respectful win or lose and was a worthy opponent. I will miss working with him. My prayer for you is found in Matthew 5:4 – Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
