Joseph A. Hartman, 86, of Vanport passed away Saturday November 9 in Heritage Valley Beaver. He was born October 8, 1933 in Waynesburg. Joseph was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Vanport and a member of the Grace Lutheran Church of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Martha Hartman in 1997 and 2 brothers, Roy C. and Wayne Hartman. He is survived by his sons, Edward Hartman, Center Township and Joseph (Solita) Hartman III, Vanport. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver where a funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 AM by his pastor Reverend Gregory Clagg.
