Obituary

Kathryn L. Booze, 90, of Chippewa Twp., died Tuesday, June 14, 2016, in Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 9, 1925 in Eau Claire, PA, she was the youngest daughter of the late Michael and Suzanne Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur E. Booze (1987), and ten brothers and sisters. Kathryn is survived by her children, Kathy (Walter) Chludzinski, Burta Booze, Suzie (Denny) Champion and Jim (Beth) Booze; twelve grandchildren, Zach (Sherry) Abston, Will (Liz Doubet) Abston, Erin (Adam) DelRusso, Courtney Booze, Donny and Michael Chludzinski, and Emily, William, Hailie, Eddie, Isabella and Ethan Booze; two great-grandchildren, Gigi and Lily Kathryn DelRusso; her youngest brother, Fred Jordan, and many nieces and nephews. Kathryn lived a life of Love: love for her Savior, love for her family and love for all the people brought into her path. Her family is deeply grateful for the warm and tender care she received from the staff of Beaver Valley Nursing. Pastor Larry Bettencourt will officiate. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. Kathryn whole-heartedly supported the ministry of Young Life which shares the good news of how to have a saving relationship with Jesus with teenagers.
