Obituary

Martin Charles Smith, 41, of Rochester, left us to be with our Lord Thursday, June 20.

He was born February 1, 1972 and was the son of Bonita L. Smith and the late Robert W. Smith. Martin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was most proud of his service in the U.S. Navy. His passions were to his country, helping others, which made him agood computer tech and he held the highest respect for those helping homeless people and animals. In addition to his father, Martin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond C. and Vera L. Mineard and Robert M.
and Vesta L. Smith.

In addition to his mother Bonita, he is survived by a brother Scott J.E. Smith and 2 nieces, Taylor W. and Christina M. Smith. Services were held Monday July 1 at the Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum. The Todd
Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.

His family suggests that any donations in Martin’s memory go to homeless shelters or the Beaver County
Humane Society.
