Obituary

Nancy R. Conner, 69, of Vanport, formerly of CA, passed away Monday July 8 in Friendship Ridge, Brighton Township.

She was born November 2, 1943 in Rochester and was the daughter of the late Richard D. and Elizabeth E. Eaton Conner. Nancy had been a legal secretary for Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney in Pittsburgh, was protestant by faith, graduated in 1961 from Beaver Area High School, had been an avid participant in the annual River Sweep, loved to travel and loved and was devoted to her cats. Nancy will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother Thomas Michael Conner. She is survived by 4 brothers, Jim Conner, Dick (Susie) Conner, Bill Conner, all of Beaver and Bob (Denise) Conner, Applevalley, MN, 2 sisters, Betsy Sullivan and Peggy (Bruce) Logan, all of Beaver, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many good longtime friends.

Friends were received Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver where a celebration of Nancy’s life was held Friday at 11 AM.
