Obituary

Philip L. “Chip” Chiappialle, 63, of Negley, OH died Wednesday, December 7, 2022 in Heritage Valley, Beaver.

Born August 25, 1959 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Philip and Lena (LaMorte) Chiappialle.  Chip worked as an HVAC engineer out of the IUOE Local #95.  He dedicated his life to supporting his son Cole. He loved coaching him up through Midget football, and attending all of his high school and college football games. All of his spare time was spent invested in sports, and any opportunity to spend time with Cole. Most of that included golfing and watching football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. At the end of the day, what he loved most was being with his closest loved ones. If you had the opportunity to know Chip, you surely loved him. He left an imprint on all of our hearts, and he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly Chiappialle.

He is survived by his son, Cole (Emma) Chiappialle, his two step children, Roger Capretta and Brittany Kopinski; his brother, Vincent (Lora) Chiappialle; his sister, Roseann Chiappialle; his nieces and nephews, Ashley (Rich) Rudge, John (Regina) Chiappialle, Michael (Ashley) Chiappialle and Gina (James) Larkin; his uncle, Julius LaMorte; numerous cousins; and many wonderful friends.

Friends will be received on Saturday, December 10th from 4pm until the time of a blessing service at 8pm in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME- 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Twp-www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.  Fr. Kim Schreck will officiate.
