Obituary

Rose Marie Busser, 91, of Enon Valley, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at home with her loving family by her side.Born in Switzerland to Wilhelm and Rosa, she enjoyed a fulfilling career as a kindergarten teacher, until she moved to the US to build a life and business with her husband. Together they owned Busser’s Cheese. Rose Marie was artistic. She loved animals, growing flowers and listening to music. She was a loving mother and put her family above all else. She will be greatly missed.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Ernst Busser; two brothers; and a sister.Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Carol Busser; daughter and son-in-law, Roswitha Busser and Jeffrey Lesniak; brother, Richard; sister, Irma; sister and brother-in-law, Silvia and Rolf; sister-in-law, Selma; two grandchildren, Joshua and Nicholas; two great-grandchildren, Lucas and Gabriel; and many nieces and nephews.Friends and family are welcome at a Mass of Christian Burial to be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Monica Parish, 116 Thorndale Drive, Chippewa Twp.Interment will follow at Little Beaver Cemetery.Arrangements by GABAUER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton, gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.
